2019 wasn’t an easy year for me, it was my second year on the FA network. I have to make sure that I don’t repeat any mistakes I made in 2018 and that I’m able to go ahead and try new approaches and ideas to drive myself higher and achieve better results than in 2018. I’m more than thankful to my bank’s long-standing customers, and new customers I meet along the way, giving me their full trust and gratitude so I’m always motivated to serve them better.
Backend support is also significant, complementing my customer service and professionalism. Thanks to Vision Advisory Management, VA Group has several links with various companies to share our expertise in financial and protection portfolio management, as well as experiences with the fund houses in order to provide our clients with industry perspectives and recommendations. We also have FinStyle appl, which allows us to key in client’s portfolio for easy reference to clients. Vision Advisory also has agreements with several healthcare providers that offer our clients a corporate discount if these providers are patronized.
2020 is yet another challenging year for everyone, with the pandemic to kick-start the year, making companies more difficult to run. Nevertheless, we were able to introduce Non-face to face processes so that we could continue to support our clients and meet their financial needs. Given the challenges of the Circuit Breaker, I am more driven to work harder after what I experienced in 2019 and looked forward to finishing the year better than the last.
